On January 11, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional videoconference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported on the work of the construction industry in the region and said that as many as 50 social programmes will be implemented in Tatarstan in 2020.
Four programmes are aimed at ensuring the commissioning of housing in the republic, namely, social mortgage programme, multi-apartment housing, individual housing construction and construction of rental housing.
As many as 2,675,500 square meters of housing were commissioned in Tatarstan in 2019.
Today, under Housing and Urban Environment national project, Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities together with municipalities of the republic are establishing a housing construction programme for 2020, envisaging construction of 2,979,000 square meters of housing, which is 304,000 square meters more than in 2019.
Under the investment programme of Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic, it is planned to commission 77 houses with the total area of 205,000 square meters in 2020.
In 2020, multi-apartment investment housing is mainly, namely 65 per cent, built, according to the old rules with the Decree of Russian Government №480 (with the attraction of shareholders’ funds).
As of January 10 of the current year, as many as 60 developers are constructing 126 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 1,283,400 square meters. As many as 35 houses, which makes 70-100 per cent, are in a high degree of readiness; 59 houses - in an average degree of readiness; 32 houses - in a low degree of readiness.
The republic annually commissions about one million square meters of individual housing.
In total, in 2020 it is planned to accommodate 721 families at the total cost of 1 billion 189.2 million roubles, including 600 orphans and children left without parental care, 46 large families with 5 or more children (including 2 families with 10 children), 47 young families, 28 citizens from among the internally displaced persons, immigrants from the Far North and Chernobyl residents.
It is planned to overhaul 788 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 4.5 million square meters under the capital repair programme in 2020.
The Ministry will monitor 128 facilities under six national projects. Currently, all agreements are concluded.
Faizullin also said that under federal law, the waiting time for issuing building permits has been reduced.
