Rustam Minnikhanov: We are responsible for the effective implementation of national projects in Tatarstan
On May 15, speaking at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that despite the current difficult situation in the economy, Tatarstan must timely fulfill all the tasks set by the head of the state in the national projects.
The meeting discussed a number of issues to improve the efficiency of governmental authorities and to implement all federal and regional decisions in a prompt manner. The need for timely and high-quality implementation of anti-crisis and anti-epidemiological measures was also touched upon.
Minnikhanov emphasized that the current situation requires the use of all available resources. Only effective organization of work and the restart of the economy will stabilize the situation, he said.
Tatarstan President drew attention to issues related to the implementation of national projects. “It is necessary to fulfill all our obligations regarding national projects, which are determined by the President of Russia. However, some parameters were set before the economic downturn. Therefore, it is not necessary to discuss what a difficult situation we are in, but to adjust these agreements together with our federal colleagues. We need to perform this work on a regular basis. No one has canceled national projects, and we are responsible for their implementation. Everything that is determined by the head of state must be implemented,” he said.
Minnikhanov added that special attention is paid to the timely payment of allowances to health workers in the republic at the moment.
