Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a festive prayer dedicated to Eid al-Adha

On July 31, at the Kazan Galeevskaya Mosque, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in Eid al-Adha festive prayer performed by Mufti of Tatarstan Kamil Khazrat Samigullin.

The event was held in accordance with the requirements of Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of the Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare in Tatarstan, with the participation of a minimum number of people.
