Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of the administration of the Polimex Holding from Turkey discuss issues of cooperation

On 13 April at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of the administration of the Polimex Holding from Turkey discussed issues of cooperation in construction and implementation of joint projects.

Speaking at the meeting, Minnikhanov underlined that Tatarstan is interested in various spheres of economic cooperation with Turkey.

He said that about ten large Turkish plants and enterprises work in the republic and in 2021 the trade turnover with Turkey grew substantially compared to 2020. Moreover, Turkey still is one of serious investors in the republic, he added.

Two projects of building hotels Kazan Palas Bay Tasigo and Neo Kazan Palas Tasigo have been successfully implemented in cooperation with the Polimex and work in construction of the hotel complex is going on.

The participants of the meeting also discussed a number of business issues.

Assistant to Tatarstan President Olesya Baltusova and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin also took part in the meeting.
