Kazan marathon united 12 thousand participants from 81 regions of Russia

The Kazan Marathon, which took place for two days, on Saturday and Sunday, in the capital of Tatarstan, brought together more than 12 thousand participants from 81 regions of Russia.

On the first day of the competition, a race for a distance of 3 kilometers was organized. Today there were races for a marathon distance of 42.2 kilometers and a half marathon of 21.1 kilometers, as well as a race for a distance of 10 kilometers.

In addition, Winterkids children's starts, slider races and a start for paraathletes took place. The oldest participant of the marathon was a resident of Kazan born in 1937.
