Kazan Kremlin Boxing Cup will be held in the capital of Tatarstan
The Boxing Federation of Russia and the Boxing Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Society for the Promotion of Martial Arts "Fatherland" and the promotion company "M-13" will hold a professional boxing evening in Kazan.
On September 25, a professional boxing evening "Kazan Kremlin Cup" will be held in the Kazan "Basket Hall". The program of the evening includes 9 fights with the participation of boxers from foreign countries, Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the main fight of the Cup, one of the top light heavyweights in the world, the owner of the WBA International belt Umar Salamov (26-2, 19 KOs) will meet with Namibian Vikapita Meroro (30-12, 15 KOs), who bears the sonorous nickname "Beast Master" and is well known to the Russian public by duels with Dmitry Kudryashov and Maxim Vlasov.
The co-main fight of the evening will be a middleweight bout between Hussein Baysangurov (20-1, 18 KOs) and India's Niraj Goyat (17-3, 7 KOs).
In another co-main fight, in the first heavyweight, "Thunderstorm of the Caucasus" Apti Davtaev (20-1-1, 19 KO) will meet with a fighter from Sweden Avadh Tamim (22-5, 15 KO).
Promising Tatarstan boxers Rinat Khairullin, Marifat Kasymov, Albert Shayakhmetov, Vadim Koshkin and Tatar Amazon Gelusa Galieva will hold their debut fights in the "home" ring!
