Rustam Minnikhanov meets Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova
On December 5, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan to take part in the opening ceremony of the International Forum of the 50th Anniversary of Convention concerning the protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of the federal project "Invented in Russia" and the "Pushkin card" programme. Thus, tickets for more than 300 million roubles have already been bought to cultural institutions of the republic using the Pushkin card. Lyubimova emphasized that Tatarstan Ministry of Culture is actively involved in all federal projects.
Then the signing of an agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Culture of Russia and the Ministry of Culture of the Syrian Arab Republic took place in the Kazan Kremlin.
