Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the New Year Tree of Wishes voluntary campaign

On December 21, at the Korston Entertainment Complex in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the Christmas Tree of Wishes voluntary campaign and took cards with wishes of children from the tree.
