On September 16, the All-Russian Running Day "Cross of Nations" will be celebrated in the capital of Tatarstan

The capital of Tatarstan will host the main athletics event of autumn — the All–Russian Running Day "Cross Nation - 2023". The race will take place in the extreme park "Uram".

Both professional athletes and ordinary citizens, including people with disabilities, can take part in competitions at different distances. Participants are invited to run distances of 1000 m or 2000 m, 4000 m, 6000 m 8000 m or 12000 m.

There will be thematic races for sports veterans, students and schoolchildren. There will also be races within the framework of passing the standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for work and Defense".

A rich cultural program is also waiting for all participants.
