On November 1, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Saint Petersburg for participation in the 12th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, held at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 31 to November 3.
On October 26, at the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Minister of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mohammad Javad Sharifzadeh, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan as the head of the Iranian delegation to take part in the opening ceremony of the office «Mir Business Bank», which is a branch of the Iranian bank «Bank Melli Iran» in Kazan.
On 24 October, welcoming the Consul-General of Turkey in Kazan Uğur Yılmaz, who came to office on 1 October 2023, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “I welcome you as the Consul-General of Turkey in Kazan and want to wish you success in your new appointment.” He emphasized that today’s meeting is taking place on the eve of the 100th anniversary of proclamation of the Republic of Turkey.
On 18 October in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva had a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to Russia Rodrigo Baena Soares, who came on a working trip to Kazan.
The GTF Taekwondo World Cup will be held in Kazan from October 11 to 16, 2023. the best athletes of friendly countries of Russia in the sport of taekwondo GTF will compete for the title of champion in their category.
On 8 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
Speaking at the meeting, the Rais of Tatarstan thanked Emir for attention given to the development of cooperation with the republic within the framework of Russia-Qatar relations. He stated that today’s trade turnover between Qatar and Tatarstan is quite modest and at the same time the range of products which can be delivered to Qatar is rather wide.
On 5 October upon his arrival to Kazan International Airport Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev , who came on a working trip to Tatarstan during his official visit to Russia, was met by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Deputy Prime Minister- the Minister of Industry and Trade of the country Denis Manturov and other officials.
On 27 September the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to Ashgabat the previous day as a head of a delegation of heads of companies implementing large projects in Turkmenistan, took part in the events dedicated to the Turkmenistan Independence Day.
On September 24, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Kazakhstan, where the International Industrial Exhibition “INNOPROM. Kazakhstan” will be opened.
From October 5, the capital of Tatarstan will host teams from 17 countries gathered to participate in the tenth Anniversary Phygital Games. This largest-scale digital tournament will be the starting point for the Multisport international tournament "Games of the Future-2024".
