Rustam Minnikhanov meets Chairman of the Board of the All-Russian Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First" Grigory Gurov
On February 28, at their meeting, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Board of the All-Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First" Grigory Gurov discussed issues of youth agenda, development of various areas for youth and teenagers, issues of education of patriotism among the young generation.
They also discussed the issues of organizing youth leisure, creating popular public spaces, parks and squares, sports grounds, and other modern infrastructure.
Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Leyla Fazleeva, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Damir Fattakhov, Head of the Tatarstan branch of the "Movement of the First" Timur Suleymanov and other officials took part in the meeting.
Tatarstan became the first region where Gurov arrived on a working visit. Kazan hosted the first meeting of mentors «Movement of the First». The participants of the meeting were specialists in work with youth, teachers-organizers, teachers, methodologists and other specialists from all over the republic.

"The Movement of the First" is a youth movement in Russia, created in December 2022 on the initiative of the country's leadership for the education, organization of leisure of teenagers and formation of worldview on the basis of traditional Russian spiritual and moral goals.
There will be branches of the movement in every municipality of Russia, and primary cells of the movement will be created in each school.
The Tatarstan branch of the "Movement of the First" was headed by Timur Suleymanov. The first meeting of the regional council of the Movement of the First was held in January 2023.
