On 29 November, speaking at the Tatarstan- Azerbaijan business forum , which gathered representatives of large industrial enterprises and businesses from both republics, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a business trip to Baku, said: “There is a significant potential for expanding our interaction between our republics in supplying produce of petrochemical and machine-building branches of Tatarstan, developing relations in the spheres of investments  and innovative production, high technologies, ship and car building, healthcare and production of medical items and pharmaceuticals, as well as in cooperation of our chambers of commerce”.

On 28 November Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Azerbaijan, met representatives of Tatar public organization of the country.

Currently there are more than 27 000 Tatars living in Azerbaijan and several organizations working in the republic, including the Center of Tatar Youth Yashlek, the Regional Society of Tatar Culture Tugan Tel. public union Tatarstan and the branch of the Tatar women society Ak Kalfak in Azerbaijan. 

On 24 November Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, who is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Regional Revival Fund, the Head of the regional President’s Office Asgat Safarov, the Director of the State Hermitage Mikhail Piotrovskiy, Tatarstan Mufti and the head of the Regional Muslims Spiritual Board Kamil Samigullin, Metropolitan Cyril of Kazan and Tatarstan and  the Lama of Buddhists Traditional Sangha of Russia in the North-West region Buda Badmayev  took part in a plenary session of the Valdai International Discussion Club conference which started in Kazan and is dedicated to the topic of “Religious polyvocality and national unity”.

From November 20 to 25, the Russian Swimming Championship (25 m) 2022 will be held in Kazan, at the Palace of Water Sports. The tournament will be held as part of the II stage of the international complex competitions in swimming, synchronized swimming and diving "Friendship Games".

On November 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a joint meeting of commissions for scientific and technological development and the State Council for Science chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko and Chairman of the State Council Commission on Science, Governor of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Travnikov.

On 11 November, speaking at a ceremonial meeting dedicated to 25th anniversary of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Kazan Company held in the Kazan City Hall with participation of Director General of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas and the Gazprom Gasification companies Sergey Gustov, Head of the Gazprom Department Vladimir Markov and the Acting Director General of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Kazan Company Aydar Tagirov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov stated  that for many years the GAZPROM has been a reliable partner of Tatarstan in various spheres such as machine-building, petrochemicals, gas motor fuel, geophysics and scientific-industrial and education spheres. 

Tomorrow, November 10, the All-Russian Athletics competitions in memory of Honored Coach of Russia Yuri Mikhailovich Krasilnikov will begin in the Football and Athletics Arena of the Tsentralny Stadium. More than 1,000 athletes under the age of 20 will take part in the tournament.
