On 24 April at their meeting in the Palace of Congress in Ashgabat, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a one-day working visit to Turkmenistan, and Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedow discussed prospects of further expansion of cooperation.
As many as 90 teams from 15 countries took part in AI International Hakathon Global AI Challenge organized by the AI Research Center of the Innopolis University in Tatarstan. According to the results of the competition, the ClosedAI team from Moscow took the first place, the Gradient Kekpointing from Skolkovo was the second and DrugANNs from Msocow and Semyons, comprising developers from St. Petersburg and Vienna divided the third place.
On April 18, on the International Day for Monuments and Sites, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Minister of Culture of the republic Irada Ayupova, Aide to Tatarstan President Olesya Baltusova, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the Government Agencies of the Kazan Kremlin and got acquainted with the concept of developing museum spaces.
On 15 April Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of the Russian Artistic Gymnastics Federation Vasiliy Titov attended the Russian artistic gymnastics championship held in the Center of Gymnastics in Kazan, where they watched final men’s multidiscipline competition.

On 8 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Uzbekistan Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Khurram Teshabaev discussed issues of cooperation in a number of spheres, including implementation of the joint project of the Chirchik chemical and industrial technical park in Tashkent region.
