On April 14, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Russian Presidential Commissioner for Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights Boris Titov held a regular videoconference with the business community of the republic.
On April 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Russian President Vladimir Putin, via videoconference, on combatting the spread of the new coronavirus infection in the country.
Putin emphasized that the main task for today is to ensure the high readiness of the medical facilities, and to significantly increase their resources and capabilities. The necessary federal support for these purposes has already been allocated and reached the regions. This includes more than 33 billion roubles for the deployment of additional specialized beds in hospitals and infection wards. About 13 billion roubles more were allocated for the purchase of medical equipment.
On April 7, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference with the self-employed citizens operating in the republic.
The self-employed, relevant ministers, representatives of the largest banks also took part in the online meeting.
On April 3, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had an on-line meeting with representatives of small and medium-sized business in the field of tourism.
The on-line meeting was moderated by Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism of of Tatarstan Sergey Ivanov.
On March 30, speaking at an online extraordinary briefing at the Government House of the republic, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Chairman of the sanitary-epidemiological commission of Tatarstan, Leyla Fazleeva reported that starting from the 30th of March, 2020 the regime of self-isolation to prevent the spread of COVID-2019 coronavirus infection will be introduced in the republic for all its residents.
On March 25, during his working visit to to Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the assembly shop of KAMAZ plant and got acquainted with measures taken at the plant to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
On March 23, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of Kazan Federal University to inspect the readiness of the university for shifting to distance learning.
On the 19th of March, among other regional universities Kazan Federal University shifted to online learning.
On March 20, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Aromat company and discussed with the senior managers the possibility of increasing the production of disinfectants.
On March 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working visit to Moscow, where he took part in a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with members of Russian Government.
One of the major issues on the agenda was the current situation related to the spread of coronavirus infection.
On March 14, speaking at a traditional meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov set the task to strictly comply with all the requirements of the special sanitary-epidemiological regime, which was introduced in the republic because of the threat of penetration of the coronavirus.
